Crack change rate
The change in measured width divided by the elapsed time between comparable observations.
Drying net change
The difference between the first and latest comparable material reading.
Recurrence-free interval
Time since the repair or control action without the previous symptom returning.
Sensory event duration
How long a smell or sound remains detectable after its trigger begins or ends.
Symptom lag
Elapsed time between a trigger event and the first recorded symptom.
Verification event count
Number of relevant trigger events observed after repair without recurrence.
Weather-event match rate
The share of relevant weather events followed by a recorded symptom inside the selected lag window.
